- There are no kids, pets or staying offsite allowed.
- Fluent english is necessary.
- Retreat 3: There will be there will be live music instead of music from the speaker.
This retreat is about exploring yourself below the surface. It requires a willingness to be vulnerable, raw and open to seeing what you have suppressed and been resisting. It requires the courage to let go of coping mechanisms that have been keeping you safe and inviting the needed self enquiry to create the shift into being your truest and most authentic self.

To secure your space on retreat a €500 (non- refundable) deposit must be made. For overall retreat payment, it can be made in full or instalments options.
