Leanne will welcome everyone to the space, 2 minutes in we start our music, lay down on your mat & close your eyes. We begin with a short guided presence meditation.

After 60 minutes, you'll be guided into a comfortable position, what ever that may be for you. And from here we allow for rest. Space for your physical body to ground (10 minutes). Towards the end we meet in a seated position & Leanne  speaks briefly about the importance of integrating. There are no sharing circles. After the session a detailed email will be sent to you.
